Returns & Store Credit
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item meets the conditions below.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Have all original tags attached

Be sent back within the 14-day return window

Include a receipt or proof of purchase

All approved returns are issued as store credit (E-Gift Card)

Store credit is sent via email, can be used immediately, and never expires

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to get a different item is to:

Return your original item (if eligible)

Use your store credit to place a new order
Damages or Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can take care of it.

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll make it right. This may include a replacement, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method, depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if it’s approved.
If approved:

You’ll receive your store credit via E-Gift Card
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing once your return arrives at our distribution center.
Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within the first 12 hours of purchase

After 12 hours, your order enters processing and can no longer be cancelled for a refund

Cancellation requests after this window may be eligible for store credit only
Store credit for cancelled orders is issued within 1–2 business days
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
